We will pick you up from your hotel in Luxor with your personal tour guide and take you by air-conditioned vehicle to the majestic Edfu Temple. This temple, dedicated to Horus, is one of the best-preserved cult temples in Egypt.

According to Egyptian myths, Horus avenged his father Osiris’s murder by killing Seth at this location.

Next, drive to Kom Ombo to visit the Temple of Kom Ombo. This temple stands on high ground overlooking the Nile and features a unique double entrance. Each entrance honors a different deity: Haroeris with his falcon head and Sobek with his crocodile head. The temple was built to honor these two deities, with Sobek known as the god of fertility and creator of the world, and Haroeris, the falcon-headed Horus.

Enjoy lunch at a high-quality restaurant in Aswan.

After lunch, visit the Philae Temple, dedicated to the goddess Isis, the chief deity of the island. Finally, end your day with a visit to the High Dam, an engineering marvel built in 1960 to protect Egypt from floods from the Nile.

Around 4:00 pm drive back to your hotel in Luxor or drop off to your hotel in Aswan.
